A message dated June 4, 2008, was received stating the Governor read                                                            
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24(L&C)                                                                           
     Opposing any law that would establish a federal insurance
